The rooms themselves were well kept, the beds were VERY comfy, I slept like a baby. The view was amazing, the staff didn't really welcome you as you entered to get your breakfast. The breakfast "buffet" wasn't much at all, they didn't have a large selection. I would recommend this hotel, however.... get breakfast somewhere else. They also had a lack of towels.
Have stayed here several times! Overall, nice clean rooms, good beds, easy access to the highway. Budget friendly place stay.
Spent one night on the way to Fl. Crispy white sheets, new snow white soft towels, very clean room, everything working. Very good service. Very good price. Would stay there again.
Very clean rooms, smelled great walking into my room, they were about average on hotel price for one night around $95 depending on what time of year you stay here. A great pass-through stop with amazing views of the mountains. There's a few gas stations near by, KFC/taco bell, and McDonald's, all within walking distance.
Walk in customer at 2 am, front desk service was friendly and got me into a room right away. Though the room was dated it was clean with a nice view. Seems a little bit overpriced at 70 bucks but there aren't a whole lot of options if your looking to stay in "Rocky Top".
